Bowhouse replaces a missing link in the food chain from farmer to consumer by providing dedicated space for producers to operate. They provide a covered market space where food makers and growers can showcase their produce at markets and other events.
Bowhouse opens its doors on the second full weekend of each month to the public with a dedicated market hall filled with some of the best Scottish food & drink traders alongside a street food and live music area. Food and drink businesses based there are open weekly with their own public opening hours.
