Leven’s enviable location on Fife’s south coast, where the seaside is only minutes from the town centre, means the beach, inspiration for Jack Vettriano’s famous painting ‘The Singing Butler’, is a constant temptation. However, there’s no shortage of other places to go.
There are two much-loved parks Silverburn and Letham Glen and, when it’s not a day for paddling in the sea, there’s an indoor swimming pool with flumes and a wave machine. For train lovers, Fife Heritage Railway has regular open days. And for those who like to tee off, you can choose from the excellent golf courses including Leven Thistle, Leven Links and Scoonie.
Make memories by the sea.
