The spacious lounge has a wood burning stove, a great focal point to gather round in the colder evenings and opens into the dining kitchen. A central island offers space to dine whilst looking out to the garden and the well-equipped kitchen is a great place to try new recipes with some of the fresh local produce.

From the kitchen there is a side access to the property as well as a WC, utility area and fabulous snug/TV room – the perfect place for the kids to catch up on their favourite shows or play some of the games provided.

On the first floor there is a twin bedroom, double bedroom with dressing area and family bathroom with shower over the bath. The upper level has the main bedroom, a generously sized superking room with seating area and en-suite shower room. To the rear of the property is a sunny garden with two separate seating areas to enjoy dining and relaxing outdoors.

On-street parking is available to the front of the cottage. Crow’s Neuk is located in the heart of St Monans with the tennis courts, playpark and village green on the doorstep and is a short downhill stroll to the harbour, coastal path and tidal pool.

St Monans has several places to eat including a café, seafood smokehouse and AA rosette restaurant. It is in close proximity to the surrounding East Neuk villages, 20 minutes to St Andrews and one hour to Edinburgh, making this a great base from which to explore further afield.
