About

East Neuk Salt Co began making salt in 2021 after a 250 year break in salt production in St Monans. Home to the historical relics of the once booming salt industry. We create premium quality salt flakes and flavoured salts and in 2024 intrroduce our minerisled drinking water and range of smoked cocktail syrups. In addition to this we run fine dining supper clubs from the unique venue of the saltworks showing local East Neuk produce.
