1. Town Circular Walk
- Distance: 4 miles
- Start: Petheram Bridge Car Park
- Terrain: Easy pavements and tracks.

2. Lade Braes, Balgove, and The Links
- Distance: 4 miles
- Start: Town Centre – West Port
- Terrain: Paved and country paths.
A charming route through hidden glens and estates, ending alongside the legendary golf courses. Don’t miss the scenic West Sands, made famous by Chariots of Fire.
3. Lade Braes, Spinkie Den, and Wester Balrymonth
- Distance: 4.5 miles
- Start: Argyle Street Car Park
- Terrain: Varied terrain with moderate climbs.
This walk offers a blend of countryside charm and panoramic views of St Andrews, the Eden Estuary, and beyond.
4. Craigtoun Park and Lumbo Dens
- Distance: 3.5 miles
- Start: Craigtoun Park Car Park
- Terrain: Tracks and minor roads.
Explore picturesque woodland trails, hidden glens, and the beauty of Craigtoun Park.
5. Mussel Road, Outhead, and West Sands
- Distance: 4 miles
- Start: Eden Golf Course Car Park
- Terrain: Golf course paths and paved tracks.
A scenic journey through golf courses and along the Eden Estuary, concluding with stunning views of West Sands.
6. East Sands, Rock & Spindle, and Castle Golf Course
- Distance: 3.5 miles
- Start: East Sands Coastal Car Park
- Terrain: Coastal paths with rough sections.
Follow the rugged coastline to the unique Rock & Spindle formation, then return via the Castle Golf Course.
7. Pipeland, Scooniehill, and Balmungo
- Distance: 5.5 miles
- Start: East Sands Coastal Car Park
- Terrain: Minor roads, tracks, and pavements.
A countryside loop south of St Andrews, offering tranquil trails and scenic countryside views.
8. Craigtoun to St Andrews via Coastal Path
- Distance: 6 miles (linear)
- Start: Craigtoun Country Park
- Terrain: Varied country paths and minor roads.
This linear route offers fantastic views of the Eden Estuary and finishes along the coastal path into St Andrews.
