Champions of 2023 Scottish Street Food Awards, the 2023 British Street Food Awards as well as being awarded Future Food Legend at the 2023 European Street Food Awards, Choola brings a taste of Nepal to the Scottish street food scene. 

Offering up something new and packed with flavour, our varied menu ranges from classic Nepalese street food dishes to family home favourites, all served from our little blue trailer.

We are a husband-and-wife duo, Ameer & Nicole, and we set up Choola to really celebrate and showcase just how fantastic Nepalese cuisine is, making it more accessible and also to share more about Nepalese culture too. Plus, we keep community in mind by championing local produce and supporting local charities and causes.

You can usually find us popping-up at markets and events across Fife, Edinburgh and beyond (although, as part of the street food awards, we have travelled as far as Germany to introduce customers to the flavours of Nepal!)

You might have even seen us cooking on BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen!

We are also available to hire for private events, parties and weddings.
