A wonderfully warm wood burner is alight for guests arriving, providing a warm property and hot water for showers and relaxation on arrival. The downstairs open plan seating, dining and kitchen area are bookended with the main bedroom at one end, and a lovely spacious shower room at the other. A set of (steep) wooden stairs offer access to a quaint loft area that sleeps a further two guests.
Outdoor space to the rear of the property houses and wood store offering ample fuels for the fire; and the garden to the front is fully fenced offer a private area for guests to sit out and enjoy the scenic view across the farmland of rural Fife, and the rumbling distant comings and goings of the rural organic shop and cafe situation a few hundred yards away (which offers free access for WiFi for anyone struggling with disconnecting for too long or wanting to download a film for watching on a device of an evening).
