There are numerous routes into the Kingdom of Fife, but if you’re coming from across the Firth of Forth, arriving by train is well worth the views from the impressive world heritage Forth Rail Bridge. Kirkcaldy Railway Station has a 4 star review on Euan’s Guide as it has lifts to both platforms, an RNIB React service for audio description, and good clear signage throughout.

In the seaside village of Lundin Links, Homelands Trust Fife have four self-catering lodges overlooking Lundin Golf Course and the Firth of Forth. The cottages have multiple 5 star reviews on Euan’s Guide and offer a range of accessible accommodation features including an induction loop, wet room, overhead hoist and accessible toilets all in a beautiful and comfortable setting.

Stock up on delightful local produce at Blacketyside Farm Shop just outside Lundin Links. The shop includes quality butcher meat, fresh fruit and veg and tasty farm ingredients. Blacketyside Farm Shop has a 5 star review on Euan’s Guide for good parking and welcoming staff. It’s the perfect place to gather food for a seaside or garden picnic!

Head around the coast to the picturesque fishing village of Anstruther where you can sit overlooking the harbour.
