A short 15 minutes drive from St Andrews, the home of golf and just 1 hour from Edinburgh.  Marmoris is the first of our three separate farmhouse apartments to be available and offers the perfect coastal escape within a beautiful location boasting expansive sea views. The name of this apartment means “the shining surface of the ocean” inspired by the view we are so lucky to behold.  With beautiful morning sunrises, the sea glistens in the sunshine and is simply breathtaking! 

Newly renovated with brand new furnishings and stylishly decorated to an excellent standard. Every aspect within this home has been attentively chosen to offer a restful and relaxing space for you to unwind and feel comfortable within luxurious surroundings. Whether you have planned a busy day of exploration, visiting our picturesque seaside beach towns, enjoying water activities, or perhaps lucky enough to be playing a round on one of the nearby championship golf courses. Marmoris is the perfect, peaceful home away from home to return back to.

Our spacious open plan living area is flooded with natural light owing to sizeable windows which maximise our simply breath-taking sea views. Kick back and relax on our roomy sofas and gather around our large traditional oak farmhouse table. You can also throw open the double doors for alfresco dining on our spacious patio and garden area with ample outdoor seating. 

Our contemporary kitchen/diner area is well-equipped with features including a large freestanding fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich / waffle maker and Nutribullet. A striking bespoke staircase leads upstairs to our 3 bedrooms (one king size, one double, one twin) where we have provided finest quality, luxurious bed linen made up on the most comfortable beds with blackout blinds to offer a restful sleep. Enjoy a relaxing soak in our stand alone tub bath filled with luxurious bubbles in our upstairs bathroom.  The downstairs wc offers a large shower area with Egyptian cotton fluffy bath sheets and hand towels provided. Our laundry room / boot room area includes a sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities in an adjoining garage with abundant space provision for outdoor clothing and golf club storage.  Also provided:
