Located on The East Sands, St. Andrews Seaside Sauna is designed with attention to detail. Based on research gleaned from Judith’s travels to saunas, in The Nordic Regio.
St. Andrews Seaside Sauna is environmentally conscious and is heated by the lowest particulate emission stove on the planet – installed by an experienced stove-fitter and certified by a HETAS engineer.
The sauna is clad, internally in thermo Alder, a wood with a sweet aroma and honeyed tones that reflect the legendary East Sands’ sunrises.
From their elevated position on the sauna’s benches, guests can relax watching sunrises in the morning, swimmers, surfers and kite-surfers, throughout the day The Bellrock Lighthouse winking out at sea, through, the triple-glazed thermic glass window, at night, enjoying the peace, tranquility and wildness of the coast, whilst only being a short walk, cycle, or bus ride from the buzz of the town!
