HQ for the award-winning Scottish Food Guide and its associated Scottish Cheese Trail and Scottish Farm Shops. Wendy also runs sustainable food experiences at their unique seaside studio kitchen, where she cooks off grid on a cast iron Swedish log stove.
All courses are 3 hours duration (with timings flexible to suit your requirements), priced for groups of 2-4 persons (max 6 persons by arrangement) at a mutually convenient time, for exclusive use.

Wendy Barrie is a cook, campaigner & co-author of “Meadows: The Swedish Farmer & The Scottish Cook.” Leader of Scotland’s Slow Food Ark of Taste & Cooks Alliance, Wendy is also co-founder of the Scottish Bread Championship & an IGCAT Global Expert, speaking internationally on food tourism & biodiversity. Her husband Bosse, the Swedish Farmer, is a campaigner for biodiversity, author & horse logger. He was presented with Sweden’s Linnaeus Environment Award for meadow restoration & is Chair of the rare breed Linderöd Pig genebank. In Scotland Bosse is an authorised Mentor for the Farm Advisory Service.
