From our family farm in Auchtertool, West Fife, we produce artisanal bacon and pork from our homegrown, hand-reared pigs. We care about what we do and that starts with ensuring the highest welfare standard for our pigs through excellent stockmanship. We use traditional methods at our on-farm butchery, dry-curing our bacon and hand-linking every sausage. We take the same care and attention when sourcing the finest PGI Scotch Beef and Lamb for our team of highly skilled butchers to prepare. Our award-winning range of products are available online for home delivery, in-store at our Kirkcaldy High Street butchers shop and our butchers counter in the food hall at Dobbies Dunfermline.
