Opening in July 2022, with its first sauna, Dune, perched on the dunes, on Elie Harbour, overlooking Elie Beach, Elie Seaside Sauna pioneered hot/cold therapy, in a costal setting in Scotland.
It has recently added a second sauna, Shore, which is a larger, sauna, seating 10, also on Elie Harbour, which is bookable by the seat, leaving Dune that seats 6 - 8, for private hire, only.
Both offer the opportunity to relax and unwind, in a tranquil setting. With the opportunity to enjoy the pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops of the picturesque village of Elie and its neighbours, further along the coast, after you have enjoyed your sauna experience.
