At Pitreavie Dunfermline Golf Club in Fife (only 15 miles from Edinburgh), you can enjoy a warm Scottish welcome on our 18-hole parkland course, which was designed by the legendary Dr. Alister MacKenzie. We also have some great heritage links with Andrew Carnegie, the world famous industrialist who was born in Dunfermline and gifted the land through the Andrew Carnegie Trust to Pitreavie Golf Club.
The 18-hole course has a parkland nature, but it does have some holes that have links-type turf to hit off, and a crisp strike imparts some much needed control at these points. At just over 6000 yards (6,032), off the medal tees, the course provides a good test of golf, without being beyond the means of the average club golfer. We have a practice area, putting green, practice bunkers and driving net.
A par 70 and SSS 69 (Gents) 72 (Ladies) gives everyone a fair chance of playing to their handicap on every outing.
The Club celebrated it's centenary year in 2022 and to mark the occasion we refurbished our Clubhouse and built a centenary decking. A warm welcome awaits you at Pitreavie where you can enjoy some delicious food overlooking the 18th tee. If you are interested in a social membership (only £20 per annum) or golf membership please do not hesitate to contact the Secretary's office.
