Riverside House and The Wee House@Riverside provides high quality accommodation for groups, families and friends.  The well set out 2 adjoining/linked properties can sleep up to 16 guests.   They can be hired together or individually.  The properties are over 200 years old, beginning life as the Brew House & Bakery for the village of Lundin Links, sitting alongside the Keil Burn.

The location is great for local beaches, the Fife Coastal Path, golf courses, the town of Leven and the gateway to the East Neuk of Fife, St Andrews being 20 minutes drive.  The good local public transport links will soon benefit from the Levenmouth Rail Links, June 2024.  

The property has high ratings on well know booking platforms, scoring as "exceptional" and "excellent".  Locally there are well known eating places - all accessible on foot within 10 minutes, a butchers, bakers and small convenience store within a 5 minute walk.

The properties are equipped to meet all guests needs, having exceptionally well resourced self catering facilities.

Riverside House can accommodate up to 12 guests and has a large open plan kitchen/sitting area - much applauded by guests as perfect space for getting together, a dinning room which seats 12, games room (with sofa beds), 5 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and a garden.  

The Wee House is connected to Riverside House via the archway, this sleeping 4 in 2 bedrooms, there are 2 shower rooms and small but well equipped kitchen and a sitting room with dinning table and chairs.  There is a small garden/patio area.

All beds in both houses are zip and link which affords our guests a range of options to cater for their needs.
