Fife boasts an array of incredible markets held regularly throughout the year, showcasing the region's finest food, drink and crafts. And they make for the perfect day or night out!
The popular Balgove Night Market returns with an amazing line-up of returning favourites and fresh new faces this season. And make sure you arrive with a healthy appetite to enjoy the variety of dishes from local food trucks, along with Balgove's own Steak Barn and Eat Out. Shop tasty local produce direct from the makers and growers, watch live demos and listen to rousing music.
This year you'll also be able to join in the Garden Shed for mini Flower Workshops for a wee insight into sustainably growing, cutting and artfully arranging freshly cut garden flowers.
The Night Markets are free to attend and run on the first Tuesday of the month, May to September from 5:00pm to 9:00pm - 4th Jun, 2nd Jul, 6th Aug, 3rd Sept
Bowhouse is a very well known and bustling market weekend showcasing the best local food and drink traders from Fife and Scotland. Enjoy meeting the makers while shopping what is local and seasonal, participate in workshops and cooking demonstrations which look deeper into seasonal produce. Grab some lunch from the street food area or hang out in the courtyard.
Bowhouse is held on the second weekend of each month (except January and February) and entry is free, 10-4pm both Saturday and Sunday. Market dates are 8-9th Jun, 13-14th Jul, 10-11th Aug, 14-15th Sept, 12-13th Oct, 9-10th Nov, 14-15th Dec.
