Designed by Ryder Cup Captain Sam Torrance, The Torrance is one of two Open Qualifier courses at Fairmont St Andrews, voted one of the World’s Top 20 Golf Resorts by Condé Nast Traveler’s readers.

Sitting high above St Andrews Bay, The Torrance offers a highly enjoyable, if testing, round, with risks, rewards and breathtaking views at every clifftop hole. Featuring wide fairways, flat fairways and large, gentling sloping greens, since opening in 2001, The Torrance has quickly become a favourite with professional and amateur golfers.
