Many consider Drumoig, only nine miles from St Andrews, to be one of the best inland venues in Fife.

Set in 250 acres of beautiful countryside in the grounds of Drumoig Golf Hotel, this championship-style course weaves its often-challenging way through a wildlife haven. With stunning views across St Andrews Bay and over the River Tay, Drumoig, which opened in 1996, offers many challenging features and is playable all year round

In addition to the well-maintained course ensuring a good game of golf, Drumoig has a state-of-the-art Golf Centre offering lessons, a floodlit driving range and opportunities to play Footgolf and Discgolf, while the hotel’s bar and restaurant provide a warm welcome to visiting golfers.

Prepare to play our course

Drumoig is a hugely under-rated golf course full of interesting holes, not to mention quite possibly the best turn in Scottish golf: the 9th, 10th and 11th holes are exceptional. The new 18th is surrounded by water - stray offline here and you’re in trouble.

what golfers say

When it comes to the course itself, Drumoig doesn’t garner the same reputation as its neighbours in St Andrews but it’s a very enjoyable place to play.
