Preserve Making Masterclass

Why not join us for a seasonal preserve making masterclass based at The Jam Shack in the heart of the Fife countryside on Knightsward Farm overlooking the Firth of Forth. This half day course will see you learn to make a seasonal preserve tutored by award winning preserve maker Fiona Audsley. She will offer helpful hints and tips to help you make the perfect preserve every time. You will enjoy some delicious refreshments and at the end of the day leave with a jam packed goody bag. Half day classes run from 11am until 1.30pm and will have no more than 4 pupils at a time. Check out Pittenweem Preserves website for details.
