I love a spot of Beach Yoga, the sand, the sound of the waves, the fresh air!
Nothing better than moving and connecting outside on a Saturday morning! This class is suitable for all levels. Beginners welcome too. Bring a mat or chair to suit. The majority of the class will be done standing.
Book in here to reserve your space but no payment is taken at first due to the unpredictable Scottish weather.
However I'll only cancel if its chucking it down. Class is charged at £8 Card or Cash payments will be taken in person on the day. This service can also be booked with Space to Be Membership. Free spaces availbable for those that need it. Just ask. Kids can join in for free.
