Lisa & Alice are looking forward to leading you through a journey of the senses, re-connecting with the natural enviroment through movement, breath, mindfulness and meditation.
Yoga was traditionally practised outside amoungst the elements - lets tap into that wisdom.
Based from The Yoga Social Yurt , we will explore the surroundings, connect with the elements and lead you though a journey of discovery.
We hope you will find some rest & restoration from our time together.
We recognise that this is Scotland after all so we will spend time around the fire and create a balance between being outdoors & indoors - something the Yurt helps us to do so well.
We will carve out 4 hours to breathe, stretch, notice, rest and rejuvinate with nourishing practises, you deserve to spend that quality time on your wellbeing!
